Saturday 4 August
Children at The Tree House celebrated ‘Red Nose Day’ today. The children made a special effort to wear items of red clothing and accessories in addition to the ever popular red noses that they purchased from reception. Today we offered opportunities that were also reflective of the colour of the day which the children particularly enjoyed, namely, red collage, red painting opportunities and red face painting. We spoke about the significance on the day as the donations made for our red noses are used to support saving the lives of babies and children during pregnancy, birth, infancy and childhood and to supporting families that may have lost a special someone as a result of SIDS.
