Parents are encouraged to visit the centre with their children to discuss their care requirements. This gives both parents and children the opportunity to form an image of the care environment and to begin the bonding process with educators. This will make your child more confident prior to attendance. It is also an opportunity for parents and educators to exchange crucial information relating to the care of the children and the operations of the centre. Orientation visits to the centre are free of charge as long as parents remain with their child.
Pre-enrolment Information
Please complete all relevant areas of the enrolment form to ensure your application is processed. Should you require further information please speak with our director.

Please check that you and/or your partner have completed all the sections and questions you need to answer, signed and dated where necessary. All areas are mandatory.
Contact the Family Assistance Office (FAO) on 136150 to register your child. Regardless of whether you claim Child Care Benefit (CCB) Subsidy it is important to register with the FAO. Families for whom English is not the primary language may receive translation assistance by calling 131202.
Use our document checklist to make sure you have all the documentation needed to support your enrolment.
Please remember that we need to see the original documents (not photocopies). The centre will photocopy the original and return it to you.
Return your completed forms and documentation, accompanied by your $60.

- Contacted Family Assistance Office on 136150 to register your child and link them to our centre. Regardless of whether you claim Child Care Benefit (CCB) it is important to register with the FAO.
- To receive Child Care Benefit (CCB) you must link your child to the centre. If your child is not linked to the centre, the full daily fee must be paid.
- Provided your child’s immunisation details (Blue book) for photocopying
- Provided your child’s birth certificate for photocopying
- Booked orientation sessions for your child to get to know educators and the environment
- Created a sense of excitement with your child about attending child care
- Supplied any court orders (if applicable)
- Supplied asthma or allergy action plans signed by your doctor (if applicable)

If you would like to register your details for a place at our centre, or to go on our waiting list, please submit your details to us by completing the form below. Please note that places at our centres are offered on a first-come first-served basis.
Once we have confirmed the availability of a place for your child we will then formalise your child's enrolment - please understand that submitting your details to us does not guarantee that we will be able to offer you a place in line with your request.
