Kym – Director
Kym has many years experience in the child care industry. Kym has had a variety of directing experiences, in a broad range of centres, including corporate, private and council. My interests are fitness, my two adult sons and spending time with my husband.

Melissa – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
I have been working in childcare for the last 7 years since completing my degree. Over this time I have worked in all age groups and believe in strong educational programs. My interests are scrapbooking and baking.

Fiona – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
Hi! My name is Fiona. I have attended the University of Macquaire where I completed a bachelor of Early Childhood education with the Institute of Early Childhood. I am very passionate about authentic and meaningful learning in the early years and look forward to delivering powerful educational opportunities to the children of The Tree House.

Cara – Assistant
Hi my name is Cara. I have my Certificate III in Children’s Services and I am studying to complete my diploma. I have been in childcare for 7 years. I enjoy dancing and snow boarding in my spare time and love spending time with my family.

Kristy – Assistant
I have Certificate III in Children’s Services. I am looking to continue my studies and complete my diploma. I love playing sport and spending time with my friends.

We believe that educators are the greatest asset of a childcare centre. We choose high quality, trained educators and support, mentor and provide ongoing training opportunities to ensure their work is continually of the highest standard.
