Grandparents have always played a valuable role in our society by offering care, love and guidance to their children and grandchildren. On Sunday 30 October 2011, the NSW Government and Clubs NSW officially recognised this contribution with the inaugural Grandparents Day. ‘The Tree House’ chose today to celebrate the important role grandparents’ play in our community, by welcoming 80 of our very special loved ones into our room for the morning with some fun musical and creative experiences.
